Our products are therefore non-refundable, except in the event of an error on our part on the products (e.g. incorrect customization).

It is imperative to contact us at contact@calligraphybyfatima.com with a photo of the item and your order number within 5 days of receiving your package.

After this deadline, no request can be considered.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the package is received by CALLIGRAPHY By Fatima, your request will be processed within 48/72 hours excluding weekends.
