Customization is easy!

After ordering the correct format with desired background and text color, you will be able to provide us with your exact design via chat if it has not already been provided.

Please remember to include your order number, as well as the text and design, listed in order from top to bottom.

If possible, please attach a small drawing or sketch to help us visualize better.

If you would like to add an additional floral arrangement, please also specify the desired colors and positioning.

Production and delivery times vary depending on the product and your location.

Typically, orders are prepared within 2-4 weeks.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delivery times depending on your country are as follows:

• Belgium (Bpost): approximately 1 to 2 working days

• France (Mondial Relay): approximately 3 to 5 working days

• Netherlands (Mondial Relay): approximately 2 to 4 working days

• Germany / Spain (Mondial Relay): approximately 3 to 6 working days

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. This number will allow you to track the status of your delivery directly on our website or on the carrier's website.

To preserve your canvases and panels, we recommend that you clean them gently with a soft, dry cloth, taking care not to rub the writing on the plexiglass panels.

Avoid using chemicals and keep your items away from moisture to ensure their longevity.
